SKS works with clients or community leaders across Scotland delivering flexible support services tailored to each project, sector or budget needs. Gigha
Digital Marketing Plan & Self-Catering Cottage Business Plan – The community-owned Island of Gigha, is the southern most Hebridean Island and just seven miles long by a mile and a half wide.  Through our work with SKS Scotland, we have supported several projects on the island including the creation of a digital marketing plan to attract more visitors to the island and a business plan for their range of self-catering cottages. This will ensure the islands provides great customer service and a sustainable income for the island.

Wild Skies Shetland
An award winning community regeneration project, that has created a Sky Trail in several locations across Unst. The aim is to encourage locals and visitors to appreciate Shetland’s ever-changing, beautiful, dramatic skies.  Through our work with SKS Scotland, we created a marketing strategy for the Sky Trail.  Central to the campaign was  online and offline marketing materials which guide people around the 13-sky-related information points across the island.

Golspie
Tourism Strategy – Golpsie is located on the East Coast of Scotland and is part of the famous North Coast 500 driving route.  The Go Golspie Development Trust wanted to develop a strategy with at 2030 vision of how tourism can thrive in the village.  Through our work with SKS Scotland, we looked at all aspects including the tourism infrastructure, potential partnerships, visitor characteristics, and the current attractions and experiences. We created a tourism strategy to guide the group’s development of tourism in the area, with both actions, timeline, funding and strategic partners.
